These terms cover your use of spendpath, the travel expense tracker available at app.babelbadger.com and as a mobile app. By using spendpath you agree to these terms.

What spendpath is

spendpath helps you record and organise travel spending. It is a record-keeping tool: it is not a bank, a payment service, or a source of financial advice. Currency conversions use third-party exchange rates and are indicative, not authoritative.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must provide an email address you control — it's how you recover your account.
• One person per account; don't share credentials.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how it's handled. You can export your data to CSV or delete your account, and all cloud data with it, from within the app at any time.

Availability and changes

spendpath is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and your data safe (including offline-first storage on your device), but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of spendpath, including decisions made based on recorded amounts or currency conversions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or other laws that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
